Ben Zajac

Your Partner for Meaningful Financial Planning

Ben is experienced and passionate about creating custom wealth management plans and helping clients reach their goals with confidence.

As a partner at Zajac Group, Ben believes the firm’s vast experience in providing comprehensive planning and advice to clients is what allows them to deliver the attention to detail and customization clients need to reach their goals. “Our ability to simplify complex topics helps clients understand strategy and planning implications, ensuring they make intelligent decisions with their wealth and avoid potential mistakes.”

With a national equity compensation niche, Ben works with clients and families with pre-IPO and publicly traded companies, helping them make informed decisions regarding their equity.  Strategy development as it relates to equity compensation includes planning around vesting, exercising, holding, selling, and paying taxes on equity grants, while facilitating conversations and approaches to integrate stock options and other equity compensation as part of a comprehensive financial plan.

Whether working with private or public company employees, founders, C-suite management, retirees, or a client with traditional based financial planning needs, Ben’s goal is to bring clarity to planning situations, helping clients make the decisions that align with their overall personal goals.

In addition to being a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional since 2014, Ben is a Certified Investment Management Analyst®, CIMA® and holds a bachelor’s degree from West Chester University.  Prior to attending West Chester, he was a division one college athlete at Towson State University.  Ben is also active on the board of his local Chamber of Commerce.

Ben is married to his wife of seventeen years, Jill, and together they have four kids who are in constant need of an Uber. After retiring, he hopes to live in the mountains, where he can hike, fish and be outdoors.  For now, you can find Ben and Jill at one of their children’s many activities.
